Senior Chatter
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior OnlyFans Chatter to join our team. As a Senior OnlyFans Chatter, you will be responsible for chatting to new and existing subscribers, conveying requests, and fostering relationships. The ideal candidate will be able to maximise sales whilst simultaneously building relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with subscribers through messages and comments, building relationships and engaging with their needs.
- Quickly and efficiently convey custom requests to models directly.
- Maintain notes on subscribers.
- Suggest improvements on existing systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotions and special offers for subscribers.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in all interactions with subscribers and other members of the team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an OnlyFans Chatter or in a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1 and above).
- Demonstrable ability to match a model's tone.
- An understanding of multiple kinks.
- Proven ability to build relationships.
- Comfortable with adult content and able to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capability to search for "googlable" answers quickly.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of discretion and respect for privacy.
- An eye for detail.
- Ability to give good feedback to all members of the team.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
Remuneration:
The successful candidate will receive a base rate of $3/hour plus 10% commission on all revenue you generate. If team targets are met, the commission rate will increase to 15%.
